Dcard FAQ

Why is my account's identity verification not approved?

Why hasn't my identity verification been approved yet even though I've already uploaded my photos.

Following are several reasons why your submission might have been rejected:

  1. Duplicate Account Applications If you've previously registered and verified your Dcard account, there's no need to create a second account for verification.

If you're seeing this message, it's possible that you're currently logged into an account different from your original one. Please log out and log in again by entering the email of your original account. Avoid using quick login methods like "Log in with Facebook" or "Log in with Google" to prevent logging into the wrong account.

If you don't remember the email of your original account or haven't registered for a Dcard account but still see this verification result, please look for the customer service team and provide us the email of your current logged-in account (can be found on the Dcard App under Settings > Account Management). The customer service team will assist you further.
