If you're unable to use the Midnight-draw for an extended period, please first confirm:
-
Students who are "newly registered" or who haven't opened matching cards for "three consecutive days" will be automatically suspended by the system. Please wait for a day to reactivate the Midnight-draw.
-
Check if your Midnight-draw self-introduction meets the following criteria:
- Is your registered name a "real name"?
- Is your self-introduction complete (e.g., with a total word count over 20 and meaningful content)?
- Is the photo a "clear, front-facing, and solo shot"?
- Please update the app to the latest version.
Why is my self-introduction not qualified?
- While you only need to fill in three fields to activate the Midnight-draw, it's still recommended to fill in each field, allowing other matches to get to know you better.
- If you are reported by others for only filling in three fields, you will still be considered in violation, leading to the inability to use Midnight-draw.
- After making changes to your self-introduction, please wait for review. If it's still not approved, please modify it again, ensuring it's at least 20 words.
- Please avoid being too vague, meaningless, indecent, or using repetitive words to inflate the word count. Enhance your self-introduction to restore Midnight-draw function.
Why is my photo not qualified?
- Dcard profile pictures must adhere to the following criteria:
Photos are limited to solo and front-facing images. 🚫Wearing sunglasses, masks, covering your face, having another person in the photo, or being overly exposed and indecent are not allowed🚫. If the photo is not qualified, the Midnight-draw function will be suspended until the photo is updated.
If you still unable to use Midnight-draw for two consecutive days and haven't seen the reason for suspension on the page, please contact our customer service team. Thank you.
